Biosketch

Paul Etcheverry (Ph.D., 2004, Purdue University) is an Assistant Professor in the Applied Psychology program. He joined the faculty at SIU in 2007 after completing a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Iowa State University. Dr. Etcheverry's research examines the influence of social networks on health-relevant cognitions and behaviors, such as smoking and exercise. He has reviewed manuscripts for Personal Relationships, Journal of Social and Personal Relationships, Family Relations, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.
