There are 4 graduate programs in Psychology (Applied Psychology, Brain & Cognitive Sciences, Clinical Psychology, & Counseling Psychology. Each graduate program has its own application packet below. The application deadline for the Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology programs is December 15, 2008. The Application for the Applied Psychology and Brain & Cognitive Sciences Programs is February 2, 2009. Click on the appropriate link (toward the bottom of this page) to download a PDF file with the application materials. Included in the PDF packet are the following:
- Cover Letter from Dr. Jane Swanson, Chair of Psychology Department
- Broad Description of the Graduate Program
- List of Current Psychology Faculty & their Research Interests
- PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT GRADUATE STUDY APPLICATION FORM
- Recommendation form (for you to give to your recommenders)
- Statement from Council of Graduate Departments of Psychology regarding guidelines for offering and accepting offers of admission. The Department of Psychology abides by these guidelines.

Please note: At the present time, you must download and print the application form, fill it out and return it to us by US Mail. We do not yet have the capability to allow direct online submission of applications.
